These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors development training, courses, and services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full description of the item listing before committing to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Refund/Cancellation Policy for Digital Products
No Refund Policy: This product is 100% digital, so there are no refunds as you are granted access immediately. We believe immediate action, commitment, and follow-through creates energy and momentum. We've found that clients who don't have the option to back out of their commitments get much better results. Our digital delivery enables us to help you move forward and get started on your goals once the program starts without waiting on snail mail. So - if you're committed to investing in yourself and working with us, register. If you're not committed to evolving your life and growing your business, we encourage you to still enroll, but please note that there are no refunds. Payments made are non-transferable to another program or product.

Texas All Lines Pre-Licensing Adjuster Course REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your registration for the in-person classroom. You also have the right to reschedule the classroom attendance once. The cancellation or rescheduling request must be emailed to info@evolvelearningcenter.net at least 14 calendar days before the start date of the registered class. Evolve Learning Center will refund 100% of the registration fees if the registration is canceled at least 14 calendar days before the class start date. You have the option to reschedule class registration only once. Once the rescheduled class request is approved, you may attend. However, you will not be eligible for any refund if you do not attend the rescheduled course.
